Marc participated in an interview on The AME Food Testing Show. His remarks demonstrated an outstanding knowledge of the intent, context and substance of the newly enacted Food Safety Modernization Act of 2011. Marc’s legal and operational knowledge of the food safety arena bring him to the top of the field in supporting food producers in this new legal environment. Marc gave a terrific presentation for the Atlanta chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators on the topic of social media.
